Trailfinders is Licensed by the Commission for Aviation Regulation, TA 0542 If you are passionate about travel and a hard worker I really don't think you could work for better.You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays, however these are distributed fairly and Travel is an industry which always has an element of unsociable hours.Many thanks for the post; we really have worked hard to look after all of the team during this challenging year so I'm pleased that's how you've felt.Competitive pay for the industry, good perks as far as discounts on travel, although these are mot as good as they were. Staff have been re-furloughed, hours cut back and there's admittance that we're currently much overstaffed.

Redundancies will be an absolute last resort but people are worried should high season bookings not pick up over the next 6 months. Overall I feel as though the structure of my job helps me perform at my best.The hours are fairly long and lunch break limited. Most weekdays this is okay, as we can easily take a couple of minutes away from the desk to make a drink, but on weekends it can be tough to sit with many clients without much a breather in between.
